Biancospino Agricola - Sarcidano gregge

A RARE ENDEAVOR.

Biancospino farm is located in the heart of Sardinia in the highlands of Sarcidano, between the rural villages of Isili and Serri. A territory where hills, valleys, streams and vegetation have been witnessing the symbiotic bond and synergy between man and the environment for millenniums. Within this harmony, our bees are attentively cared for, and our sheep live wild, feeding on the Mediterranean scrub and forage, such as shamrock and Sulla Coronaria (Hedysarum coronarium).

Biancospino Agicola - Isili

A LONG-STANDING HISTORY OF TRADITION AND PASSION.

The farm has its deep roots in a distant time, around the second half of the 1800’s. It is a strictly family-run business, a form of rural art developing from generation to generation until Paolo Cherchi, who decided to channel experience, work culture and agropastoral techniques into a dynamic company, ready for the new millennium challenges.
The family home, which have become the business centre dedicated to the food production and conservation, remains a place out of time, in which life returns to flow with the slow and inexorable pace of the rural world, made of rules to be learnt and techniques to be acquired meticulously, with respect for human relations, animals and the environment.
