These “Conditions of sale” are valid for the purchase of products made on the website belonging to Biancospino Agricola Srl, Via Mazzini, 8 – 08033 Isili (NU).

Every order placed on implies the conclusion of a contract of sale. Right of withdrawal
Biancospino Agricola Srl does NOT recognise the right of withdrawal on purchased products, as the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of foodstuffs which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or alter rapidly.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases, pursuant to Art. 59 of the Legislative Decree. 21/2014:
– order products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
– order of sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons or that have been opened after delivery.
With reference to the cases of exclusion of withdrawal listed above you, in particular, are informed and accept that among the products that “risk to deteriorate or expire rapidly” are ALL food products (extra virgin olive oil) sold by Biancospino Agricola Srl, as the characteristics and qualities of these types of products are subject to alteration also as a result of improper storage. Therefore, for reasons of hygiene and customer protection, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to products purchased on the website.
All Biancospino Agricola Srl products are made with the utmost care, following the procedures and specifications for the marketing of honey and cheese. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale underwriting contracts of sale are governed by Italian law (and in particular by the Consumer Code – which in Articles 46 to 67 governs distance contracts – and by Legislative Decree 70 of 09/04/2003 on electronic commerce) and must be interpreted in the light of this.

Place of jurisdiction
The Court of Cagliari shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Contract.
