These “Conditions of sale” are valid for the purchase of products made on the website www.biancospinoagricola.com belonging to Biancospino Agricola Srl, Via Mazzini, 8 – 08033 Isili (NU).

Acceptance of the Sales Conditions
Every order placed on www.biancospinoagricola.com implies the conclusion of a contract of sale. By clicking on the “Confirm purchase” button, the Customer places a binding order for the items contained in the virtual shopping cart. Once the purchase has been confirmed and the transaction has been completed, the contract is concluded.
All prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT. Transport costs and any payment costs are shown when the order is confirmed. Right of withdrawal
Biancospino Agricola Srl does NOT recognise the right of withdrawal on purchased products, as the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of foodstuffs which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or alter rapidly.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases, pursuant to Art. 59 of the Legislative Decree. 21/2014:
– order products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
– order of sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons or that have been opened after delivery.
With reference to the cases of exclusion of withdrawal listed above you, in particular, are informed and accept that among the products that “risk to deteriorate or expire rapidly” are ALL food products (extra virgin olive oil) sold by Biancospino Agricola Srl, as the characteristics and qualities of these types of products are subject to alteration also as a result of improper storage. Therefore, for reasons of hygiene and customer protection, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to products purchased on the www.biancospinoagricola.com website.
All Biancospino Agricola Srl products are made with the utmost care, following the procedures and specifications for the marketing of honey and cheese. Should the Customer have any problem with one or more of these products, he is kindly requested to inform Biancospino Agricola Srl by e-mail at email@example.com. In this e-mail, the Customer shall explain the problem, how it arose and attach photographs of the product, the transport document or the invoice/tax receipt. These photographs should show, as far as possible, the problems with the product in question in order to facilitate and speed up problem solving. Our commitment and interest is to ensure that everything happens quickly and without complications.

The Court of Cagliari shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Contract.
